Something needs to be done with him... I don't want to not like Rio but he really makes it hard... Constant arguing with GM's and players because "He think's he's right and everyone else is wrong" or "He's going to enforce the rules so its ok for him to break them" when he has no right or power to do so... He's going to end up causing a lot of players to leave with the drama.
I personally play to get away from drama in real life why would I want it in the game i'm trying to play... He's been banned before and i'm guessing hasn't learned his lesson.

i have had experience with this particular person for several years, going back to VcentG's bleach in 2010
he starts shit wherever he goes and he'll never stop

After finding out that I reported him, he continued on to try and harass me for it.

From the way the kid talks he acts like Crit/Rhy/Gm's owe him something. Like he's the one in control when he's not... I haven't been playing for very long but I'm not about to sit and watch some 16 year old kid who thinks the world owes him a favor disrespect everyone. Nothing i can do about it but leave and if thats what its going to take... I'll give it a few days
